We're going to have SO much fun moving our bodies in so many silly ways. We'll reach way up HIGH and then come down LOW, whisper so quietly and then BURST OUT LOUD, We'll even turn the lights on and off! ✨ "Open Shut Them," is packed with fun movements that will help our brains and bodies grow big and strong. Katy changed everything.

After Katy’s birth, I was driven to learn everything I possibly could about early intervention and special education. I have always believed that human resilience manifests in incredible ways—like neuroplasticity, an area that quickly became a core passion of mine.
Inspired by her story, I decided to become a special education teacher. Over the years, I’ve documented my observations, insights, and the incredible milestones of growth through journaling, blogging, and podcasting. This became my mission: to share the power of resilience, education, and advocacy.
